The City of North Vancouver’s Shipyards District has recently been awarded the Top Honour as the best new waterfront development in the world. Join Gary Penway and PIBC’s South Coast Chapter for a tour of the pier development and central waterfront area. Learn how the City of North Vancouver guided the transformation of a brownfield heritage site into a vibrant mixed-use, year-round destination (1.5 CPL units).
Following the walking tour, an optional PIBC Southcoast Chapter Winter Social will held at Tap & Barrel Shipyards. Drinks and light refreshments will be provided to attendees. We would like to thank McElhanney for sponsoring this event.
