Ryan Biln, Economist with the Canadian Real Estate Association and Susan Thompson, Associate Director of Research / Commercial Real Estate Market, Colliers provide valuable information on the key economic indicators that directly and indirectly influence our planning decisions.

Lisa Helps, Executive Lead with the BC Builds Project Origination, offers a timely and important overview of the BC Builds initiative, and presents case studies of projects currently underway in the Province. BC Builds “partners with government, community and private landowners, and provides low-interest repayable loans, and grants to lower construction costs, speed up timelines, and deliver more homes that middle-income British Columbians can afford."

Join us to learn what you can expect in the 2025 residential, commercial and industrial markets!
