Volunteer with PIBC
Throughout the year, PIBC relies on the volunteer contributions and efforts of our members in moving forward with the impactful projects, events, and activities that advance and improve the planning profession. Not only is volunteering a great way to contribute your time and expertise, but it also provides opportunities to connect with planning colleagues and professionals and earn continuous professional learning (CPL) credits.
PIBC encourages all qualified and interested applicants to consider applying for these volunteer roles. In recognition of the systemic conditions of disadvantage faced by many, PIBC encourages expressions of interest from members of groups that have been historically disadvantaged and marginalized, including First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples, Indigenous peoples, racialized persons, persons with disabilities, and those who identify as women and/or 2SLGBTQ+.
