Professional Conduct Review Committee
The Professional Conduct Review Committee is responsible for overseeing and administering the Institute’s Code of Professional Conduct including investigating complaints of alleged misconduct against members.
Current activities: worked on five formal complaints received and successfully addressed three of these cases with work continuing on the remaining two. Ongoing work to improve and expand documentation and reporting on completed disciplinary cases to advance member knowledge and understanding of the process. Participated in PIBC's annual Ethics & Professionalism for Planners webinar.
