Back by popular demand, we are pleased to welcome Brent Taylor, Surveyor with Polaris Land Surveying Inc., and Jeff Beddoes, (CLS retired) who will briefly guide us through the complicated process of reading and interpreting a legal survey plan, as well as navigating natural boundaries, riparian areas and associated common law rights. A number of important concepts will be explained, including lawful accretion, lawful erosion, avulsion, ambulatory boundaries, etc. Learn, with example plans, how a new plan can depict correctly the location of a natural boundary.
