Scope:
Bethel Lands Corp is seeking to hire an experienced planner for land development projects in the Sea to Sky region. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of local & regional governments, rezoning & permitting, and land development. The role is the lead planning position that will work as part of a diverse team on development projects in the region.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, competent, with strong communication skills and ethics.
Details:
- Full-time (Either 32 or 40 hours depending on preference)
- Base Salary : $70,000 to $95,000 depending on experience and hours

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in planning or related discipline.
- Member or meet the requirements for membership with Canadian Institute of Planners
- Comprehensive understanding of local and provincial legislation and byelaw
- Minimum 3 years experience in the planning professional: preferably municipal or provincial
