PIBC members are given notice that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Planning Institute of British Columbia (PIBC) will take place as outlined and linked here. 

A copy of the Notice of the meeting, Agenda for the meeting, as well as proposed Special Resolutions to amend the bylaws, are available below. Additionally, copies of the 2025 Annual Report and 2025 audited Financial Statements will be available at the meeting and will also be made available online prior to the meeting.
