The PIBC Okanagan-Interior Chapter and the Appraisal Institute of Canada - BC Okanagan Chapter welcome you to attend this joint event at the Kelowna Golf & Country Club on May 15, 2024. 

Join fellow professional planners and appraisers for an evening of learning, discussing and connecting about the impacts of housing policy changes in our communities; including provincial legislation requiring more homes per lot and more homes near transit. 

Ryan Smith, Divisional Director of Planning and Development Services at the City of Kelowna will present on how Kelowna is tackling these changes and what might come next. 

Cost is $25.00 per person which includes dinner. Registration cap at 25 attendees from PIBC, possibility for a few more if there is interest.
