Are you curious about how other communities are crafting changes to their Zoning Bylaw to bring in small-scale multi-unit housing (SSMUH)?
Small Housing is spotlighting four leading communities over a series of Gentle Density Network “chew and chat” virtual sessions where you can learn from a planner sharing their community’s approach to SSMUH and other legislation.
On Thursday, April 18, Adam Cseke from the City of Kelowna will present about the bylaw updates Kelowna has brought forward to align with the Province’s legislation. Adam is a senior urban planner with over a decade of experience at the City of Kelowna, which has been on the leading edge of gentle density for several years.
After Adam's presentation and Q&A, stay for 20 minutes of candid conversation with planners* from around the province. Submit your burning (anonymous) question for you and your colleagues to chew on during the candid conversation after the presentation.
*Registration is limited, and reserved for community planners and related staff working within First Nations, municipal, and regional governments.
