In this webinar, our presenters will highlight major opportunities and challenges for delivering new housing supply in the new era of proactive planning. Local governments, the Province, and Federal government are all leaning in to confront the housing crisis. At the core, getting housing built comes down to solving a basic math equation – does a builder have the funding to pay for the expenditures and still achieve a desirable economic return? In light of the provincial housing legislation and current market conditions, has the calculus of housing development changed?
Join our presenters and lawyer-in-residence for this free webinar open to PIBC Members and Non-Members. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask up to two questions in advance for the Q&A portion of this event.
