We are asking our designed spaces, both indoor and outdoor, to have more utility than ever before. COVID-19 has highlighted new needs for remote working, home learning, and living. Creating community and prioritizing social connectivity can be challenging when there are so many other components to development that affect the bottom line. So why should we be thinking about building ‘happy’ communities? How do we include this in our design development process? What does research tell us about what success looks like?
Everyone is welcome! Join us for a panel discussion with Happy City’s Madeleine Hebert and Cheri Hessami, hosted by W-UDI’s Suzana Goncalves as we discuss these questions and more.
PANELISTS:
- Moderator: Suzana Goncalves, EVP Sales and Marketing, Partner – MLA Canada
