The Cascadia Regional Conference, held amidst a year filled with engaging and diverse Urban Land Institute programming, is the flagship event of the Summer that unites real estate and built environment professionals from across the Pacific Northwest. It serves as a platform to discuss the industry's most significant topics and profile the emerging forces shaping urban planning and development today.

Organized by ULI British Columbia's Young Leaders Group, the CRC features distinguished keynote speakers, engaging panel discussions, project tours, and networking opportunities. The conference includes exclusive tours of notable Metro Vancouver projects, such as the Oxford Properties Group's "The Stack" AAA-class downtown office tower, British Pacific Properties Limited's Cypress Village masterplan, and Sen̓áḵw – the largest Indigenous-led housing and retail development in British Columbian History.
