What you’ll do:

  •  Develop and implement a key account approach for large borrowers, non-profit affordable housing providers, developers and other multi-unit partners.
  • Contribute proactively to the advancement of national business development plans through team participation in reviewing practices, financing products and by providing innovative solutions to meet market/client challenges and opportunities.
  • Engage in business development and manage a portfolio of clients with a range of service strategies/plans to help achieve CMHC program outcomes.
  • Identify new opportunities for streamlined processes or enhancements to meet client housing financing needs with long-term consideration in addressing both risk and clients/borrower needs.
  • Work closely with national teams, local partners and stakeholders to jointly develop strategies, identify policy improvements and collaborate on housing solutions.
  • Support colleagues with coaching and complex real estate finance developments.

What you should have:

  • An Undergraduate (bachelor’s) degree in planning, policy, economics, or real estate finance.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in information dissemination, rental mortgage insurance products, sales or business development. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
