The District of Tofino is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the full-time position of Manager of Planning Services.
Reporting to the Director of Community Services, the Manager of Planning Services is responsible for development services including planning, building inspection, and subdivision; parks and facilities planning; bylaw services and emergency preparedness.

HOURS OF WORK
This is a permanent, full-time position based on 35-37.5 hours per week, located within the District of Tofino. The salary range is $103,273.73 to $118, 705.44, based on experience and qualifications.
The position offers a full range of benefits, including a pension plan, weekly indemnity (short-term disability), long-term disability, paramedical services (extended health), vision care, health, dental, life insurance and more.
The District has secured rental housing for the successful candidate.
