Perfect your pro forma skills with UDI and Colliers Strategy and Consulting.

This three-week online micro credential is designed to help improve your pro forma writing skills, ranging from beginner to more advanced, by working through 3 different scenarios – week one will introduce all vocabulary and definitions and finish up with a walk through of a general pro forma – week two will dig deeper into complexity, introducing rental and leasing into a pro forma – and week three will add the final layer of complexity with BC Housing and CMHC programs included.

In this course you will learn the fundamentals of pro formas, their inputs, and their functions. For anyone in the industry, pro formas are widely known to be an integral piece of the development puzzle and are often met with confusion. We aim to guide you through the process and provide a better understanding of the financial structure of developments overall. These courses are eligible for PIBC continuous professional learning (CPL) units.
