This two hour seminar, led by municipal lawyer Michael Hargraves, will explore Phased Development Agreements, a planning tool enabled under Part 13, Div. 12 of the LGA that can be used to coordinate the delivery of larger development projects. Afterwards will be a Chapter Social Event.
