The PIBC Vancouver Island North Chapter is excited to bring you a guided walking tour of the Village of Cumberland. Hosted by the village of Cumberland Planning Department, we will stroll through streets, and alleys looking at examples of infill development, vacation rentals and heritage conservation. Come with your curiosity, questions and ideas. This learning opportunity is worth 2.0 PIBC CPL Units.  This is a Free Event hosted by the VIN Chapter!

*Please note: The walking tour event is limited to 20 participants with the social being made available for all members. If you plan to attend the social only, please do RSVP by getting a "ticket" here so we can ensure enough space is reserved.

All participants joining the walking tour will meet at 2:30 pm in front of the Cumberland Museum located at 2680 Dunsmuir Avenue. There is ample parking in the gravel lot behind the museum (driveway off First Street).

After the main event, there will be a social at the Waverley at 2692 Dunsmuir Avenue from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Come and enjoy complimentary appetizers and an evening of socializing with your planning colleagues and catch up on the last two years. We hope to see you there!
